      Description

      Tastefully combining western and Thai flavours, Taahra introduces a 13 course dining experience that uses charcoal to elevate each dish to the next level.

      For appetisers, try the grilled French Oyster which is accompanied by a compressed cucumber sauce blended with chilli pepper and coconut milk to create a creamy dish with a refreshing aftertaste. Creamy with a spicy hint, the oyster is fresh and briny, the perfect appetiser to whet your appetites for more to come.

      On to the main course, Taahra’s Kao Lao Nuea (Thai-Chinese beef soup) is a dish to remember. Expect the unexpected here as you enjoy this classic favourite dish deconstructed - Chinese kale stalks are combined with beef tenderloin, celery, and basil and wrapped in a vegetable ravioli, and topped with golden garlic crisps. A unique take that’s fun to eat and visually aesthetic.

      To end off, enjoy toasted bread inspired by Yaowarat Instagram-worthy cream bread, complete with a creamy strawberry custard and pink milk ice cream. Mildly sweet with a fruity aftertaste.
